Subscription Terms

• Pro membership is billed monthly at $9/month or annually at $79/year
• A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers — no charge during the trial period
• Subscription automatically renews until cancelled by you
• You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or partial years
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers

Payment Processing

• All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor
• We do not store credit card numbers on our servers
• By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method

Free Trial Terms

• One free trial per customer
• Trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends
• We will send a reminder email 3 days before your trial ends

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately at legal@mortgagecalculatoriq.com of any unauthorized account access
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms
• One account per person — sharing of Pro membership accounts is not permitted

You agree NOT to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from our calculators
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any portion of our service without written permission
• Upload malicious code or interfere with site functionality
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the site in any way that could damage our reputation or the experience of other users

• Results are based on the inputs you provide and general mathematical formulas — not on actual lender underwriting
• Actual loan terms, rates, and payments will vary based on lender requirements, your creditworthiness, property details, and market conditions
• MortgageCalculatorIQ is not a mortgage lender, broker, or financial advisor and does not provide binding rate quotes or loan commitments
• We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on calculator results or site content

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pasco County, Florida, subject to the arbitration provision below.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of MortgageCalculatorIQ shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Pasco County, Florida. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide 30 days' notice of material changes via email to registered users and by posting a notice on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections covering disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
